Hello everyone! Over the past few weeks, a few comrades of mine (Most significantly Morar and Hippo) and I have been cooperating on the creation of a Star Wars Universe for WC3, partially inspired by Red Cat, a modder who unfortunately wasn't able to produce a Star Wars Mod. Over the past few days, there were massive progress, but not without times of hardship and denials. The sight of those posted threads of questions I've asked regarding mod creations now lingering on this forum unanswered may seem depressing and suggestive of an uncertain future for this mod. Therefore, I now bring you all, A New Hope. Update 7/17: Completion at 68%. Here are some updates on the mod:     Update 7/10: Completion at 60%. Looking for people to help with map editing. The things that need to be worked on for the mod to be created are not limited to: More conquests Storyline Campaign More Generals Whole lot of retexturing Better combat mechanics Audio editing Do not panic, my audience. Mao Ze Dong, I very much like the concept and the dedication behind this mod; you have my full support. I took a look at the general creation form, though found it unsatisfactory for my style of general creation. If it's alright, would you mind receiving pms from me with detailed general layouts for the mod? Really would like to see this mod get the support it deserves. Cheers!

Mao Ze Dong, When I return home from vacation in a few days I will work on compiling a list of concepts for potential generals. Though I do not know what changes have or will be made to skills if any, but if it’s a Star Wars mod then I would enjoy seeing skills pertaining to the theme, (I don’t know how possible this is, it’s just an idea). I’ll send you a concept for a general via pm in a few, though it’ll have base game skill names.

Many texture changes. Also planned out for 2 versions of the game. 1 regular version, and 1 mild cheat version for all the losers out there  . Cheat version likely won’t be on the forums, but I’ll have it on my yt. |
