How can I get years ruled in Asia. Is there a specific conquest map(s) or do I need to beat the eastern overlord campaign

If you beat an American conquest at the end it will say "Rule America" or "Challenge Asia". You have to choose between these. If you pick Challenge Asia you will get Asian years ruled and a chance at the Asian princesses.

In Europe you can't challenge Asia. Only in American conquests Why? You can challenge Asia without any problem with Europe 1798. I don't remember about other conquests, but I am sure it is also possible. I received Lan from challenging Asia in Europe 1798 HRE. |

All of the conquests can challenge asia. .. never noticed it on 1798 Monty?

Well, I got Lan from HRE98 so that is another solid evidence. You n challenge Asia after completing Europe conquest but I think the option is only available when you finish it under some number of turns.
