I have Bolivar who is an emperor and I use a Ferguson rifle and ambulance, and some of his skills have upgrades.
I have kutuzov with a few upgrades to his skills and he only has a 10% hp boost item.
I have pagent with an ambulance and the 30cavlary, 10 battle ability item.
I have 3 stars on all Russian French and American missions and at least 2 stars on the rest.
I have the medals earned on basically all challenges.
I have 870 medals and all generals 50% but hood so that lannes costs 842, bagration 825, and John 877.
Who should I buy?

Don’t bother with the discount generals, save for Karl, Massena or Murat.
