Hi people! I have been viewing the threads regularly and I noticed there is little discussion on Navy Generals.
Should I get Nelson?
I currently have Napoleon, Karl, Washington, Davout.
I have enough medals to get another general and I'm considering between him and Murat.
Hope I can get some advice. Is navy general useful?

GeT a CaValRy GeNeRal My GuY Navy generals are optional in this game and pretty much your Infantry generals (Karl and Washington) and your artillery general Napoleon) have enough battle ability to do some serious damage. |

There is a difference between being useful and being necessary  . Are Navy Generals useful? Without any doubt. Are they necessary? So far the answer was negative. For example, best75 completed all naval battles (England campaign) without any Admiral. It is doubtful that we will need one in further campaigns and challenges. Our generals with good equipment are more than enough for every naval battle in the game. Therefore many players concentrate their efforts on land generals. Naval generals are quite expensive and not indispensable. So the question is what for to hire one. On the other hand Navy Generals could be very useful if we will compete like we did it in WC4 (world records). But that is another story  |
