The liberation of Venezuela is the 4th mission in the liberation of South America campaign. I managed 3 star using Washington,Mamhud, Kutuzov, Gates, Jourdan, and Clinton
First take the city directly south and than go east to kill Torre while he is attacking your Ally. Killing Torre will give your control of your allies city. If your ally lose their city you can take it back.
This is another mission where you can't clear the enemy units and get a 3 star at the same time. You will have to leave infantry defending the lvl 2 city and move our generals east to take the lvl 3 and the lvl 4 city. Along the way kill Morillo
Lastly move our generals north to take Caracas and the lvl 3 city our ally lost to end the mission.
