I wonder, who will win? Supposedly "Best navy" of that time (Britain) + allies OR Sheer numbers. It is a classic range vs. power battle. Russian admirals are far better than yours but you have 3 to 2 advantage in attack range... Unfortunately your British allies don't know anything about that advantage and always attack at close range. I'm more similar to the AI than a normal player then. I seek the classic flanking technique so I ignore the 3 hex range half the time.

There's another interesting naval battle My first thought is: Divide & conquer. Obviously, brute force will not work & numbers are not in our favour. Time for a little ingenuity. Why not split the Russians into 2, facing a Franco-British fleet and a pure British fleet. THEN, pull an Inverted Wedge on the Russians near the islands. What do you think?

Don't forget that we not only have to defeat the navy, but have some additional tasks as well. So, for example, we have to destroy Sophia and also 6 different targets.

Easytech really wants us to think highly of Naval generals to the point of having 4 general slots dedicated to Navy

stoic I want to ask 2 things. Firstly, could you share the starting picture of the this last mission and your final squad? (I'm stuck at 5th mission.. seems you beat me... ) And secondly, have you changed your oppinion regarding EW6 difficulty in comparison to previous ET games?

(I'm stuck at 5th mission.. seems you beat me... ) And secondly, have you changed your oppinion regarding EW6 difficulty in comparison to previous ET games? Ok we have to take 3 cities: One British One French And one Turkish The problem is that it is not very easy to find time for it, because enemy's reinforcement arrive on the battlefield trying to crush you. So we have to attack and to defend at the same time. And after we capture this or that city our task became more difficult, because our lines of communication are too thin. Some of the battles of Crimean war are very challenging. I think that after this update we can say that EW6 is a more difficult game than EW4 and WC4. I haven't changed anything. My team is still the same. Only almost all generals have full upgrades of the most important skills. I have to upgrade all of them to marshals to receive 3 stars for some naval battles.

First of all I recommend to take this unremarkable little town by the way. Military tactics plays a huge part in this mission and this town has lvl 3 Military academy...

When I was writing my post I only saw your first pic. Also this team is quite different compared to the one in the head post. Great job for finishing! I am looking forward for Civil War or 1870 conquest.

Btw, it could be interesting how to equip those generals who don't have any healing items or best items for his class (Ferguson rifle, for example). For a general with increased chance for a critical attack this equipment can be useful
