Yet, it is not so gloomy after all 3 Infantry commanders and 4 good Artillery generals are a good backbone of our improvised team... I have only Siege and Battle of Balaclava. Need to decide what is the first so not to rebuild the team too much Not an easy decision to make

Congrats, an impressive feat for sure. I believe it is within my reach as well if the update would come out on Google Play already... I wonder what are they waiting for? Do you know how to earn gold medals?

I wonder what are they waiting for? Do you know how to earn gold medals? Either through campaigns or challenges, or simply purchasing them from the store for 100 medals.

The ways of completing EW6: IAP buffs way - use IAP gens, and get IAP slots, maybe IAP medals.
Non-IAP buffs way - don't use IAP Gens or slots. BUYING MEDALS WITH REAL MONEY IS COMPLETELY FINE THOUGH! Buying medals is just saving grinding time by using real money, which is worth it for some people. It's the same thing with the exchangeable books as well. Those just save grinding time. The WoN and NC aren't that useful, they take too long to trigger. The AoW is useful but all it does is saving grinding time. This doesn't give you an advantage if you got it early on really, it's saving grind time again. You can use Netherlands right from the start to grind and still be able to do it in 15 min. So if you bought medals with real money and didn't get any IAP gens or slots, you are in the Non-IAP way.

IAP way ftw. I bought Blucher, so that means i'm in the IAP way, although i didn't buy the other 2. Seriously, if you were to pick just one IAP general to buy, Blucher is the way to go. Also, one thing that is more important than generals is to have a battle strategy and tactics. Strategy consists of the generals to buy, the tech you focus on maxing, how you would finish each campaign etc. Some people waste time trying to get a 3 star in each campaign even tho it would be more advantageous if they would just get 1 or 2 stars and continue on to the next, and 3 star it later when they get better generals. Tactics is how you maneuver your units, like when to protect your artillery or leave it undefended so you can just rush down a city with your cavalry and infantry etc. Saves you the whining that this game is too hard or is pay to win. Although, i do agree that there should be easier ways to grind the game, or ways to have more medals, like a weekly conquest speedrun or a weekly challenge that rewards medals or generals.
