I ordered a medal pack in wc3 to help me finish my grind to gudarian. After getting the confirmation of my order through my email, and checking order history in the play store, I waited 48 hours. No medals. I emailed easytech about not receiving an in app purchase. No reply. After waiting 4 days after that email, I sent another one with the same info. I still haven't received anything. It's been a week since my order. This leads me to the question... Has support for wc3 stopped?

Hi,
Easytech will not bring out any update for wc3 with new content. However you should still be able to buy any iAP and actually get it.
I would send yet another email towards easytechmail@gmail.com including:
1. Your in-game ID which can be found inside the shop. 2. Your Google Play receipt (or where you unable to buy it upfront?)
It's pretty weird for Easytech to not respond to your emails. You may try to use this e-mailadres as well: 1147022709@qq.com Perhaps they're on their summer holidays?
