Yeah, the old library was really outdated. Some of the information was also confusing, since it was BTL guides like these but they didn't have any explanations. I added this Btl Guide info into the How to Mod theard. Is there any more data or files you need to be added? Is the WC4 modding guide (with all the links) still up or has it been taken down?

Ok I know what "VP" in city and army stands for now. If the value of VP is 01, then the unit has a red circle. I don't know what higher values do, but if you change it to 00 it becomes a normal unit/city.

On this subject... if the value is like a yes no situation then the city is either going to be an objective or not... what I am wanting to do is not only be able to add red cities but also designate green cities to open up the landmarks instead of invasions... Anyone know how to do this?

Anyone know how to do this? You unlock landmarks in the level settings. You need to remove the circles. This creates a level where you have to destory everything.
