My main way of getting medals at this point is to play domination. I've completely beaten the European and Allied Pacific theaters. Is there medal rewards for conquests?

Yes.
Completing your first conquest of each year with a rating of A or other gives you 500 medals
Completing with an S rank gets you a good medal.
Completing a 3 star country on any year gives you 50 medals and some resources
2 star = 100 medals and more resources
1 star = 150 medals and most resources

The first time you meet the criteria is the only time you obtain medals from Conquest. Besides these achievement medals, you have Campaign clear medals & Domination medals. That's it for FTP. |
