What generals should i use in this mission this is one of the easiest cold war missions. If you have enough generals just use all of them, the optimum scenario would be two tank generals and one artillery generals for your land troops invading down mexico, and one navy general to ensure that your land generals, after defeating the soviets, can cross the sea safely to Cuba. Minimally you should have a good tank and a good artillery general. |

I am stuck on this, If I try to cross to Havana my transports just get wrecked and if I go through Mexico, Timoshenko's rumour triggers and confuses all my generals. What could I do?

What could I do? 1) If you are ever having trouble with rumor generals, the rule is always to confuse them before they confuse you. Have 1 artillery rumor, and one tank blitzkrieg rumor general, and you can immediately apply double morale loss(flank enemy unit to confuse) 2) Crossing to Havana safely (correct strategy in this mission btw) requires you to not only ensure that your navy units protect your transports against the enemy ships, but also remember to try to paratroop distracting units onto havana itself, you can not only ensure that your generals will not be targeted and hit, your troops also have a secured space to land fast in order to not take that much damage. |

did normal and Hard without crossing the Sea to Havanna normal crossing is faster where your allies can work in tandem with you. Hard definitely go by mexico  |

I used Vatutin, Guderian, and Konev, so it should be about the same I went left because if I remember correctly havana has no protection to nukes, so I made a few with Kuznetsov killing their kuznetsov. For some reason in this level and following ones luck is bad. Timoshenko has ludicrious luck with rumor. Luck. Luck. Luck. The rest is nukes. Zhukov did not come out but in one of my attempts he did, possible spend a nuke on him. Luck. |

I got it on the last round. I captured havana and just had to use missles againts kuzentov. I caught timoshenks and rokkosovosky with rumor and got them into confusion. Then gunderian and bradly and konev devestated zukov. |

Is this a god strategy If would defeat the Cuba navy first anf then land where that factory is close to Panama. Over good strategy just make sure to rule the waves! |
