IMO the key for normal is to rush down to Cuba quickly, and then head towards the other objectives. For Hard, the only way would be to move down Mexico. But I cant remember what I did for this... let me recall Yup, if you read through the thread going down Mexico may be the slower, but easier method. Just ensure that your gen upgrades are there with sufficient rumor. Either be determined to rush Cuba hard, and establish a base there, or bear the brunt by opting to go down mexico Taking Cuba first so then I can land in Panama and incircle Mexico City. |

I actually did it in somewhat the opposite way. I used my navy and infantry to defend Miami while my tanks stormed down Mexico. Surrounding and destroying Timoshenko (or whoever it is) and Rokossovsky was pretty easy. After my navy finished the invaders off I used them as meat and flanking shields against Zhukov and Kuznetsov while I built nukes. Guderian and Konev easily destroyed them, and I used the nukes to cruise into Havana. |

Same here. But I never played wc3. It's basically the same as wc4 just no stacking troops and the game is more simple. |

That's just the tip of the iceberg: Units are much more balanced, generals aren't either op or useless, you get to build your own generals, the enemy AI is more balanced (except when they're paratroop spamming), you get to spawn landmines, and every country gets commandos and super tanks. |

I mean, using the word "earned" kinda makes it sound like there's actually a contest for best artillery general. Konev is S+ tier, and everyone else can sit at A- or below. The only weakness Konev has is that he's prone to getting nuked by the enemy, and enemy AI loves to go for rocket artilleries (for the same reason destroying Zhukov is of high importance in this mission). |

I did it in 14 turns. I defended Miami with everything until the enemy navy was obliterated.

Then I attacked Havana with a nuke and Nimitz. Finally I killed Kutshuzov or whatever with my Konev on land. My Guderian was defending the city Zhukov was in.
