Naples because Italy is pretty easy pickings and with Sardinia coming in, the French can be held back. If the HRE fares well against the French, then a southern invasion of France after the conquering of Italy can severely damage their chances. Fighting France in the South also helps the British make Landfall in Northern France.

There is an easier one that requires little to no work.
You can use Sardinia 1806 to mass farm royal crowns (similar to the Holland, 1798). The reason is that the coalition is stronger in 1806.
The way to win Sardinia is a no-brainer. Spawn 3 light artillery units and hold your island (I did it fairly easily with the one free art general) - if you have other generals you can even support Morocco. You can leave your island when french/spanish spam died down (at that point coalition will be dominating almost everywhere in Europe - and only places left are Turkey/Egypt, Spain and Greenland (UK will destroy that soon). You can even just auto-end turn after that or participate is destroying turkey.
Takes about 30 minutes total and requires no thinking - it is just automatic.

Looks like you can further optimize it by delaying poland, saxony and egypt one time. By turn 20 where spams slows down you will have amsterdam, poland and saxony destroyed. All coalition countries are alive and well. Didn't support any of them.

Sardinia 1806 gives you 3 crown badges lol. Its a good farming country as well. But you have to invade the ottoman empire, or it won’t work.

Sweden '98 is pretty easy once you have a good general or two. beat denmark, then invade france.

i have massena and murat, they aren't very strong yet. as sweden in '98 smash denmark then invade france. i can usually capture paris by turn 40, you gotta watch your allies money, especially great britan. after you capture paris gather the strength to push into spain. this will be a fight, so be ready. that's about it. make sure you donate to your allies! good luck!

If you don’t, it will take a very long time. Also, there is a lot of spam at the beginning, but by turn 20, you won’t have any enemies attacking you. I highly recommend invading egypt then the ottomans, or else it will take a while. At least take out egypt. I did it a couple times. It lasts a while but it is worth it.

I am playing as Naples in 1798 I defeated Italy now I am helping the British fight the French and Spanish ships off the coast of Italy and Sardinia.

I would recommend Netherlands, Denmark as really fun and easy countries to play. if you want a fun challenge try Algeria, I once took over all of Europe as it, really fun.
