I have enough medals to get vatutin right now, but should i skip him and keep saving up for Guderian? So far I have Badoglio and Ozawa. All advice appreciated. thanks!

You should skip and save for Guderian. I think that Ozawa can double as an air general for now and you already have Badoglio.

I would say as long as you have no trouble making progress then save up for Guderian.
With Ozawa and Badoglio, I think you should be fine.
