Is Isabela a stronger general than Moreau? I know that there is the Artillery Generals thread but I would like an in depth answer. Take into account movement and skills and such. Think about it as having 1 more general slot in conquest mode and you need an artillery general. Who do you go to? Assume they both have Potent Powder and Horse Artillery.

Probably Moreau is better in destroying conventional troops, Isabella in forts and cities

I'd go for Isabela because of her movement. Though Moreau is actually better if you do not mind switching between warhorse and powder but I am too lazy for that.

Used Isabella to receive Lan and both to recieve Victoria And yes, I was switching between warhorse and powder all the time for Moreau and Isabella almost every turn. That was a pain

And also, Isabela has Geography. Moreau doesn't, and it will waste an item slot to put a War Horse on Moreau. So by comparison, it is much more worth it to use Isabela since you save medals to get War Horse (assuming you don't have it) and you don't use up an item slot for the War Horse.
