I've played the game from beginning and in the first days everyone recommended Kutuzov as first general , i upgraded him to 2 slot items , prince also full terrain and salvo , so should i sell him or keep him

Or is getting one of them is enough? I have Lannes , Massena , Kutuzov , Murat + 4 free

Don’t sell him yet, you still have 4 slots to fill. I’d only consider selling gens I’ve invested in when all slots are full. Even if he’s not the best doesnt mean he’s not improving your output, at least he far better than any of the free gens.

Hire Alexander or Mahmud, and together with Kutuzov you will have a nice pair of Artillery generals. However if someone doesn't have any Artillery general at all - then Alexander plus Mahmud is a logical choice. Not because they are better than Kutusov, but because they work well together. Personally I have Alex/John pair, and I'm satisfied with their results. |

I would not recommend getting 3 art generals unless you are a dedicated artillery guy.

True, but you can have a very strong artillery team as well. Like you can have Sophia, Mahmud II, Maria, Alexander for quite a cheap price. You can use the ones without storm fortifications on rocket artillery and the ones with on siege artillery. The ones on rocket artillery will do the most damage to common troops.
