I suck at the conquests. Is there a guide to do them? I've only beaten 1789 as the Netherlands using the cheat.

I suck at the conquests. Is there a guide to do them? I've only beaten 1789 as the Netherlands using the cheat. Get some good ol generals and upgrade them. Equip them with healing items and you got yourself a starter set of conquering. Tips: Diplomacy determines the outcome of the battle. Make sure allies join the fight earlier and enemies join the fight sooner. Never go above the population limit until you have a sufficient enough income that overcomes the 30%, 50%, 70% and 90% +tax. Basically if you have some sort of 2000 material per turn, you get 200 material instead if you have 90% +tax, enough to spawn 2 riflemen. Diplomacy also helps in keeping your allies alive in a specific front. Start playing 1798 countries, then 1806 countries and then the 1812 countries. |

Alright, what are the best two and three star countries for 1798? Also, what are good generals to get after the free US ones and Murat? |

I've only beaten 1789 as the Netherlands using the cheat. there are plenty of threads about how to do conquest and which generals are the best. maybe someone would give u the thread link later.. but i suggest you get karl first. upgrade him and grind till u get enough medals to buy murat. that's what i did |
