Rule#1.All of my original rules apply. They are in the thread called About the Theoretical Wars. Rule#2.Each Round consumes one year Rule#3.A side wins when their main opponent (USSR for NATO and USA for WTO) collapses (surrenders) Rule#4.Nations that aren't in a side create their own goals. If they decide to join NATO or WTO, their goals will need to be met in order to win. Rule#5.The Roleplay goes up to the year 1991. If neither the USA or the USSR collapses by that point, it will be a tie. I will be the referee. The Roleplay starts off in the year 1948.

Embarrassment: When a country is embarrassed, they get closer to collapsing. Countries can be embarrassed more than other before they collapse. There are five tiers: 1st Tier: -1st Tier countries must be embarrassed three times in order to collapse. 1st tier countries are generally countries that have just gained independence. 2nd tier: -2nd Tier countries must be embarrassed seven times in order to collapse. These countries are typically regionally unstable countries. 3rd Tier: -3rd Tier countries must be embarrassed fifteen times in order to collapse. These countries are stable nations such as ones in Europe and East Asia. 4th Tier: -These countries must be embarrassed twenty times in order to collapse. These countries are the two superpowers of the USA and USSR.
How to embarrass: Embarrassment sometimes comes through events, but the main way is through either Proxy Wars or espionage. If a certain side wins a proxy war, then the side that lost will be embarrassed. The countries that will be embarrassed if they lose a proxy war are the superpower of that side (USA or USSR) and the side that was involved in the war (Netherlands or Indonesian Rebels for example). Espionage can also be used to make a country be embarrassed. If a spy is sent to a country, then that country will be embarrassed one every three years.

Each country has five turns they can utilize, six turns for the two superpowers of the USA and USSR. You can only use three of those turns for tech. The other turns must be either fighting in a proxy war, diplomacy, or espionage.

Forgot to mention this, but when a lvl one or two country collapses, the superpower of the world can then launch a coup in that nation to bring it over to their side. All coups require a seven to win. Seven is the base number.

Go whenever you are ready. There isn't any order. If you wait too long then a ref will do it for you
