Hello all,
I'm quite new to this forum (well actually no, I've just been reading it as a guest the entire time but I decided to make an account today).
I've been having lots of trouble with Leipzig Campaign. I've tried several different ways to complete the objective but I end up getting overrun just when I am about to kill the last enemy general. I can take the Prussians quite ok, the main problem comes when Poniatowski dies and the Austrian and Russian forces whack me from the east.
The generals I have are:
- Dobeln, 74 health (about to reach 86) and 3 nobility
- Ney (upgraded to 5 star cavalry), 98 health and 5 nobility
- Sophia (upgraded to 3 star arty), 98 health and 5 nobility
I've been grinding quite a lot but it's still slow. Any tips and recommendations to complete this campaign with my current generals? Thanks

I HATED THIS MISSION!! After a million tries I was about to win with one round left. I'm ecstatic. And then I capture the last objective and I am confused as to why the battle hasn't finished. SOME RANDOM UNIT WITH 10 HP LEFT STOLE LEIZPIG AND I HAD NO UNITS IN RANGE TO CAPTURE IT! Saddest moment of my life.

Either that, or Bennigsen with like 5 hp left retreats behind Austrian and Russian troops and then I get destroyed trying to get my artillery to hit Bennigsen. And while that's happening, the Prussians retake Leipzig. |

Why everyone got enraged, Leipzig is always nice with me (easily get through with 5)  My moves is, put Napoleon defend the Leipzig, throw Marmont and Grouchy into the frontline with Prussia since the Russian and Austrian are quite *Auto Corrected*, and dont let your Murat take too much damage early, he will destroy Benningsen, Merveldt and Klenau swiftly. |

Just upgrade liepzieg into atleast lvl3 but i up that until lvl6. Then, SPAM! SPAM line inf or greanadier for the sake of your TROOPS MORALE. |

I generally have Murat stand there and attract enemy forces. He can kill them with the artillery rushing in

You have general Kutaisov he is really good smashing Bennigsen I had him in Ottoman campaign every strike landed on Kutaisov artillery didn't weaver (lose morale) though he is too slow! Within range he deals lots of damage!

Within range he deals lots of damage! Kutaisov is good for his price, but there are many better. Princess Sophia is Kutaisov with Spy and more speed Marmont is faster than Kutaisov but less adept against cities Scharnhorst is better than Kutaisov at everything |

Like Dumouriez and Arnold (sometimes Zakrevsky), they are some great tier-1 generals for beginning stage. |
