I’d say 1. Victoria: very good, cheap, and you can get her early. Her replacements, morillo and treville, are much worse than her. On pr with nelson. Navy generals better than her: Nelson 2. Sophia: also a very good general. Around the same price as john but much better. She turned john into a meh from a must-buy artillery general. Artillery Generals better than her: Napoleon, Mahmud 3. Lan. Not the best cavarly general but still a good one. On par with Ney. She really isn’t bad at all, and is the only non iap cavarly that can reach emperor! Cavarly generals better than her: Blucher, Davout, Murat 4. Sakurako: fantastic defense. Takes a while to die, can be a very useful general on navy. Hits weaker than victoria, but can absorb far more damage. Navy generals better than her: Nelson, Victoria 5. Maria: artillery general with tactics master. Lacks a terrain bonus, huge downside to a general who is being buffed by other generals. Her skills are similar to Kutuzovs. Still not bad. Artillery generals better than her: hard to compare her to anyone as she is the only artillery general with tactics master. If you like that skill, she can be stronger than Napoleon. If you hate that skill, she will be as weak as Scott. Still, a nice deal. |

Sophia and Victoria. As mentioned above, Sakurako and Maria are good second choices and Lan is a good cheap cavalry

Any general with assualt/salvo can do almost thr same damage at any given time, if not more. Not to mention Kate costs more than Lannes, and Fatimah costs as much as John and Sophia. As for Louise and Isabella, they are both meh and aren’t end game generals |
