I just encountered my first sectopod in xcom. It was insanely strong, it has high health, gets to fire twice in a turn and gets free overwatch, it's attacks are AOE. Luckily none of my soldiers died but I need to really watch out for that beast next time and be more careful.

  On the west, Belgium has been liberated and the push into Germany has become. However, Germany and Austria are quickly pushing into Russia, with next to no defense against them. The Great Race has now begun:Can the Western Allies push to Berlin first? Or can Germany force Russia's surrender and move its forces to the west before an offensive from the western allies can make a difference? |

I can already see Frankfurt (am Main) I have now taken Frankfurt and Dortmund (a whole 12 PP), but the Austrians have taken back Przyemsl and Lwow, and are preparing to enclose Aarsaw and take Vilna and Kovno.
