The general opinion has now changed. If you want Kutuzov, think twice and get Sophia instead. She is better and cheaper than him. Mahmud II is the best non iap artillery general, aside from sophia, in the game imo |

ohhh thanks, i dont have the new update of the game because i have android, but i can wait for sophia. I am just warning you, the worst mistake you can get is buying Kutuzov now. I actually had him for a bit. Sure he was strong, but Scharnhorst wasn’t much weaker when I used him. |

If you need a plain fighter, get him. He costs half as much as Kutuzov
