1. Does anyone know how to change the income of
cities in Wc3? For example London is 1939 has 65
gold and I want to change it to 80.
2. Is the income static? I would like to make the
income depend on the city's health, so bombing
would realistically damage the economy.
(Ex. Half-damaged city produces only half the
income)
