I downloaded that one to farm medals easier but i was on roman unification campaign , but on this version not even british campaign is unlocked , if i save my game would my campaign progress get lost?

Sardinia is alot quicker , i can finish it 40 turns if i use units , on autoplay it takes 70 turns or so
