Lan only because I’m a Cav guy I enjoy cavarly as well. It is definitely a good unit as it moves fast and hits hard. A cavarly general with edge will hit harder than an infantry general with intercept |

I noticed something, which may be of great use before hiring a princess. The title at which you get them is influence by their level (the one om which you spend flowers to raise), and goes the following (increases by 2 titles at each level):
LV1-2 star Count
LV2-1 star Marquess
LV3-3 star Marquess
LV4-2 star Duke
LV5-1 star Prince
If you are not in a rush to get a princess, you might want to use flowers to upgrade in order to save loads of money and even a gold medal.
IMO Lan, Sophia, Sakurako and maybe Maria and Victoria (bknus points for naval generals cause Crimean war) are the only ones worth hiring.
