Now we will have an epic "Netherlands vs Germany war" in which I will join our Swiss brother lannes and we will eat pop corn while watching them fight

And here in NY, it's hard to say...we can't say a nation since every single nationality is in this state and contributes to it so I'd either Vermont because they make fake maple syrup or S.Carolina because they left the Union first.

we have different cultures i guess....
we got like 3 main cultures
1 = frisian, (in Friesland, Groningen and a bit of Drenthe) 2 = bourgondic, (in Brabant, Limburg) 3 = Hollandic, (in Holland, Utrecht, Zeeland, Flevoland and a bit of Gelre) 4 = don't know how to call it (Gelre, Overijsel, Drenthe)
I live in culture 2. our dialect = kind of german. I sometimes pronounce german words without even knowing they're german and not dutch

The Holländer are known for living in windmills, having a cute language which can never be said in an offensive way, they think Dutch cheese is better than Swiss, they smoke Cannabis all day, they aren't French, German, or English but speak all of those languages. The only vehicle a Dutchmen knows is a bycicle, and they are kinda considered wannabee Germans

Now we shall do the verbs. They are not very hard! We will practice with the verb: to count (tellen)
Ik (I) tel Jij/u (You/You formal) telt Hij/Zij/Het (He/She/It) telt Wij (We) tellen Jullie/u (You [plural], You formal [plural]) tellen Zij (They) tellen
Wen we put it in the past simple: Ik telde Jij/u telde Hij/Zij/Het telde Wij telden Jullie/u telden Zij telden
But there are many exceptions, we will do one now, the verb to be (zijn)
Ik ben Jij/u bent Hij/Zij/Het is Wij zijn Jullie/u zijn Zij zijn
(past simple) Ik was Jij/u was Hij/Zij/Het was Wij waren Jullie/u waren Zij waren
One rule is: wij, jullie and zij are ALWAYS the same form.

ik = verbstem jij before the verb = verbstem + t jij after the verb = verbstem hij/zij/het = verbstem + t
wij = infinitive jullie = infinitive zij = infinitive
examples with verb "lopen" (to walk)
ik loop (extra o because of pronounciation problems) jij loopt loop jij hij/zij/het loopt
wij lopen jullie lopen zij lopen

I'm not gonna learn those verbs. I rather stick with learning fluent French and I hope to learn Arabic afterwards eventhough I heard that Arabic is one of the hardest languages in the world and there are different dialects.
