General are on the map
Can build forts.
Make sure you build a unit before you build a fort.
There is extra feature that you can make unit go on water. It only takes a turn

Now I have an issue of the generals having 0 combat stars, me being unable to do any campaign, doesn't start it if I click it and Generals being unpurchasable. Their health precentage stat changes though.
