Nice, thefamemonster you make very good posts. ... but: You forgot again Sakurako - she is always 2nd best. For this reason Iove herIE: Compared with Nelson (100%). They share the same training, movement, Banner and Accurate skill - the only difference: Nelson has one artillery star more (β450ποΈ to fix) and additional Leadership. To get flanked is for artillery never a risk and even a cavalary charge with a morale down is not 'normal'. The difference between Nelson and the japanese princess is amazing small, especially if You consider that Nelson is IAP and not a completly free princess. I still rate Isabella 101% ;-) - She is the only one, who can move heavy or siege artillery 5 hex.

Yes, I forgot her again sorry XD. I was making this thread at night so I was sleepy. I will update every thread I made . I was also creating a Navy Generals Impression to post it along Artillery Generals Impression. I almost finished it but I accidentally clicked X button, that's why I haven't posted it last night lol.

thefamemonster, I agree with ππ³π°π΅π΄π¬πΊ about Isabela. She hits hits hard and moves quickly. So she is the best artillery princess/general. Even above Moreau, Nelson and Sophia. Scharnhorst should be the second/third (Debatable because Sophia exists) best artillery general. Accurate - more damage. Engineering - More movement. Artillery trainer - More price value.

I absolutely agree that she is the best artillery general if we will consider stars. The reason why I put Nelson as Top 1 because I did not considered movement, artillery, and training stars. I assumed they all have full stars. When I was making a thread about "frequently asked questions" (which I requested to be deleted because I accidentally deleted the first post), I realized Engineering and Geography will become obsolete once movement stars is full because of Horse Artillery and War Horse. Another reason is that I'm not professional in this game XD that's why I only stated my impression. I always play aggressively. I get easily demoralized by flanking and cavalry. I always use Nelson to reach and capture the objective to get 5 stars.

If you can count on which fields AI can move prepare them a flanked hex without evasion and await their (last) attack. Exposing an artillery is always very riscie. A cavalry base unit has 100HP more, is protected against charge - I use artiller

I only use artillery when there are a lot of enemies so I can focus on my target. I love to use cavalry that's why I have like 3 generals with cavalry specialty. I only have 1 artillery general xd.
Do artillery deals the highest damage in the game? I haven't seen an artillery damage higher than 100. I can reach like 110 damage on Lan in Armored Car. She is so perfect for DESTRUCTION lol.

The AC is such a strong unit (except forts), It would be interresting to see what is the maximum possible DMG against land units, not forts, but I'm really bad on these calculations (I always forget too many things) Erich von Manstein knows how to count detailed. High Dammage: I was shocked when I've seen teethless Fatima hitting 160+ on coastal fortress.

Most likely Lan on double stack British/Prussian/Austrian AC attacking a surrounded double stack cavalry at max HP, accompanied by Dragon/Wolf flags (I don't remember the maximum number of flags purchasable). Infantry has an additional stack but AC's coefficient is 145% instead of 135% against cavalry.

I have a question If light artillery have range base damage of 0-10
Does this mean their normal output damage would be 25? (0+10/2= 5 * 5 single formation = 25)
If yes, then how would +1 max base damage (like Explosive) affect it?
Because as far as I know, we can see its true power with Assault Art (a chance to deal maximum output damage)
Since with +1 max base damage, the range base damage will be 0-11 and if we calculate the normal base damage, it would be 0+11/2=5.5, do we round off or round down?
Or 5 would just simply become 6?

Think of it as (0 + 11 * 5) / 2 instead.

I got 27.5. Do we round off (28) or round down (27)?

I got 27.5. Do we round off (28) or round down (27)? For MaxDmg, no rounding - all calculations are integer. Everything behind the comma is cut. But: You evaluate the statistical average - this is not rounded at all. IE:If you can hit 1 or 2 the average is 1.5 (no rounding)
