How does the Warzone completion rate work? Is it even possible to get 100%?.

Nvm I answered my own question-dont destroy the fortress instantly and don't capture the cities instantly so you can continually farm enemy units.
On a side note, how much generals and how upgraded do they need to be to complete the harder ones?

I believe List, Nenonen, and Horton are said to be good 3rd/4th tank, 3rd arty, and 2nd/3rd navy gens respectively, IIRC.

List could replace Graziani, Horton replaces Nimitz, and Nenonen is a new addition to the team. Also McArthur replaces Rundstedt.

If f2p, I would need Roko and list for 4 tank generals total. Nenonen for 3rd artillery and raeder as well to make 3 naval generals. All with almost maxed out skills?
With excellence medal and manstein, can I get away with 9 gens instead? 3 tank, 2 artillery, 2 navy, 1 air, 1 infrantry

I have just read the thread and wow. That is a lot of generals and upgrades I have now expanded the team by 4 new generals (not/slightly upgraded) and Doom has become significantly easier. Back then, the limit was 15 generals for f2p, that's why upgrading was the only option to become stronger. With 26 slots available, getting additional generals is way more effective than investing in upgrades (war zone only).
PS: I think that for getting "gold", 5 tanks are necessary so that you can deal enough damage in the 5 non-navy missions.

How does the Warzone completion rate work? Is it even possible to get 100%?. apparently so. after playing around with it a bit, i discovered moving onto land and sea mines increases completion rate just a little bit. i don't know if this was already known, but it's news to me. i managed to complete one mission at 100%. i'd suggest moving onto mines when enemy units are cleared and there's 2-3 rounds left. aside from that, i think not killing fortresses right away, taking cities and just letting units spawn from both can help. also getting city hp to 0 contributes to completion. though i noticed the missions i struggle with the most are the infantry ones because my units are all squishy.

For some of them, I can't seem to get 100% in. I figure I'd want to kill the general jn the city asap to make room for more units to spawn but even then it's still not 100% This is the tank mission on the first Warzone campaign

Some tips to get 100% complete in Warzone. 1. Step on every mines in the map, using no-DMG decrease unit. 2. Don't destroy fortress soon (you can kill when it recruits the last unit, usually it's the 2nd last turn in battle). 3. Don't take the city soon (same as the 2., you can take city after its last recruitment). And don't kill the gen / the unit in the city soon, just 1 - 2 attack per turn is enough. I reach 100% complete in doom warzone daily (grind ribbon process) except the navy (but about 93 - 98% and too lazy to try to get max pts, this needs effort) and the last (I just skip turn to boost the speed while I already reach 7k+ before the last battle). Inf, Tank, Air and Art are easy to reach 100% when you know how to play and have strong enough team.

How is it important to destroy the tower in final battles? I usually destroy every unit (present and spawned), step on every mine, don't take the enemy city until the last turn, yet I feel that I am seriously underperforming in the final because my completion rate seldom exceeds 70%. Is destroying the tower THAT important?

Is destroying the tower THAT important? Attacking the fortresses count towards Warzone 100% clear. If you want to get the full set of rewards, you need to try to destroy then. Of course, they do stop spawning enemies after a fix number of turns so you cannot destroy them too early or blockade them entirely. But if your overall score is good enough, go ahead.

The HP/health of all units (both present and not yet spawned) equals 100%. And if you manage to take away all that HP by dealing damage, then you get 100%. A few exceptions are: -mines: even if you use mine sweeping units to clear them (assault inf etc) you still get the full amount. -fire, radiation: this doesn't count towards dmg dealt by you so it's a loss. -city HP regeneration: allows you to theoretically go over 100% since they are not part of the original 100%.
