You need good naval power for this one. Multiple solid naval generals and/or some upgraded tech will really help. One tip... you can hit Novikov from the tip of Florida with a land unit.

Yes, that was my strategy. My problem is that I always have to recapture cities, for enemy's bombardment is devastating. Btw will Novikov launch missiles while suffering from Rumor? Maybe I should use Graziani instead of Vatutin to disable Novikov...

I believe a city can still launch air or missile attacks if general is confused, but I don’t know if they get the bonus damage from the general.

The hardest challenge when I did this was killing the aircraft carrier general. I built a nuke and used the stealth bomber to carry it to deal the full damage on the aircraft general, I than used Yamamoto to launch bombers and I think missiles to finish off the aircraft carrier general. I left the city Novikov is in as last city to capture after all the other generals have been killed. Capture the city by paratrooper.

I’m stuck. I always take out the Soviets but I can’t take Havana. I have Guderian and Konev. Both have Rumour lvl 1. Should I put Guderian on the double heavy or single heavy tank? If I move the double heavy to the tip of Florida, it dies in three turns. I don’t have the income to build a line of Coastal Artillerys. Please help.

Put Guderian on the double heavy and move him all the way to the tip of Florida to blast Novikov. Also move most of your troops down by Florida to defend from the forces that come. The key is to defeat the units while they are in water. After you took care of them, move your force (except Guderian) up north to defeat Konev and his forces that come. The only thing you should make are submarines to wreck Kuznetsov. After that it's just the matter of time to defeat Vatutin, Novikov, and Kuznetsov.

Just sink the enemy and they will not pose much of a threat. Remember to use your own troops as walls themselves to block landing troops. When the coast is clear and Havana is open, just drop a paratrooper in to capture it as suggested in a post above yours.
