Eh I mean considering you will be using machine gunners late in the game, washington is a pretty good alternative to bismarck. Formation master will lead to powerful crits once in a while.
Yeah he fights very slightly better than Bismarck due to Emperor (+2% atk) and Formation Master.
I do agree though that bismarck is a good end game general.
radiofuhrerbunker: can someone provide link of WC4 Glory mod. That doesn't crash when using airforce and has no sound issue fixed. Feels kinda boring to play without BGM and SFX
