Looks like you have the basic knowledge of Star Wars, which is good. I can explain everything you mentioned in order to be more clear for you:
- the Skywalker family would be Anakin, Luke and Leia (even if she was raised by the royal family of Alderaan - that planet the Death Star blew up in Ep. 4 - the Organas), and I think Ben Solo/Kylo Ren counts too, since he is the nephew of Luke. This if you go with Canon. In Legends, there are some more characters that I can add if you are intetested
- yes, both Anakin and Luke were trained by Obi Wan Kenobi (aka "Old Ben Kenobi")
- by "some Darth Vaders" you mean the Inquisitors or other Sith Lords?
- the other guy is Chewbacca, the copilot of the Millennium Falcon
- you are right about who Yoda is
- the new ones would be commanders and captains of the Resistance and First Order? Because there are some interesting ones
- speaking of infantry, the Imperial Army initially consisted of clone Troopers left from the Clone Wars (that big war from Ep 2 and 3, plus the animated show), but soon they decided to switch to human conscripts. The army currently has the Army Troopers (more basic infantry, but still very good; you can see them in Solo: A Star Wars Story) and the Stormtrooper Corps, made out of a large variety of stormtrooper variants made for certain types of combat.
- the game you are talking about is Star Wars Commander, which I got to play and I like because it expanded the arsenal for both the Empire and Rebels
- the main vehicles of the Empire are either walkers or repulsor lift or wheeled tanks. Famous examples are the AT-AT, AT-ST, speeder bikes, Juggernaut turbotanks, 2-N Hover tanks etc
- flying units may work on space combat. I made a list of different kinds of ships and I can add some starfighters too. The ones you listed are the more famous ones.
- with the conquests, you can follow thousands of years of Galactic history, with countless events. Both continuities (canon and Legends) would take me ages to explain even in the shortest form, so maybe this is useful
starwars.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_battlesstarwars.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_battles/Legends- alliances in Star Wars canon at the moment seem to be quite black and white: good guys vs bad guys, but Legends added a lot of color into that since they had more time to develop the Expanded Universe continuity
I tried to keep this answer as much as possible into the canon area (what most people know by watching the movies), but if you want me cover a Legends version of the answer, just ask
