Hi everyone. I arrived at the mission Eve of war in the Civil War of Liberators. Has anyone managed to do it with 3 stars? I can't even beat it. There are too many enemies and it's impossible to gain enough to get the secondary mission

I just completed it today.. gained 4500 gold and 1200hammers
Its taken me a long time..
So.. what you need to do is place a navy generals (assign ones with monsters) in each of your boats, research Governor and also get ready to use your crates..
After 1st attack, fill their energy and move towards middle town.. one closest to octavian..
I used the monsters to block the attacks.
Once octavian initiates the middle town, move him south to take control of both southern towns..
Move the boats to middle town, as they land in the town you will gain 500 gold per boat..
Now the essential part.. destroy all building that dont generate money and replace with mints, increase tax brackets and industry.. increase the towns to.. dont worry about increasing all the mints to max capacity..
You should get to turn 8 with around 3k, 1000 industry gaining 278 and 97 each turn..
It took me 4 or 5 goes but its the only way to win
