Saltin hasn't changed it yet, but that would help you alot. I'll edit the campaigns to help in your burdens. You can just copy and paste it later on, so you can focus on the other game modes. european-war-4.boards.net/thread/16344/hero-legend , in the comments, i placed the generals needed for hero legends from Stonehenge to Carthage Cothon. For countries in conquest for speedrunning, i'll just list them here(excluding scourge of god): Punic wars: 1*: Macedonia, Illyria 2*: Odrysia 3*: Cartage Caesar Time: 1*: Noricum, Cantabri 2*: Nasamones 3*: Rome-Caesar Augustus Time: 1*: Cantabri 2*: Dacia 3*: Rome Antony Han: 1*: Macromanii 2*: Dacia 3*: Rome, Han Haven't played the Scourge of god conquest, so i wouldn't know. I'll eventually play it, but EW5 is eating all my free time atm. Haven't even finished my EW6 challenge conquest series, so rip my free time. Atleast learning from home has the advantage of me checking up on things like these. Keep up the good work Navia Lanoira . Ask stoic or hrabrimalitoster for more info. Amount of guides not finished in GCR is a lot, and the amount of guides not even finished is more. You can also ask the other members of the guide editors for help.

-History/Trivia: This conquest is actually the Second Punic war in 218 BC. This was happpened after Hannibal crossed the alps, prompting a roman declaration of war.

-History/Trivia: About the first Triumvirate of Rome. Julius Caesar will be in charge for Gaul, started a conquest there; Pompey for Iberia; Crassus on Asia, also started conquest, but..
-General Tip: *If you are an enemy of Rome, defeat one of the triumvirates and then everything is easy.
*If you are an ally of Rome, but not playing one of the Triumvirates, help them. If you win their front, your victory is easy.
*If you are one of the Triumvirates, just win your front. You can do it.

-History/Trivia: A fictitious conquest. Both empires are expanding smoothly, until they face each other.
-General Tip: Probably need some planning and blitzkrieg. If you are in Rome's side, please help them contain Parthia, it is hard tho, because if you are not the Roman Empire itself, you are facing Parthia and Han on both sides. So you might need some luck. If you are in Han side though, still hard because you are still facing a large Roman Empire over there, but a bit easier because they are only one entity.

I rate Briton in Scourge of God easy or medium. Prioritize taking out Burgundians quickly then split forces. One goes after Visigoths and Vandals and the other go from Francia to White Huns. After Visigoths and Vandals are defeated, send army north to aid the other detachment (or help take out Ostrogoths if necessary). Your allies will take care of most of the Huns in the Caucasus.
East Rome: Very Easy. Rush the Ostrogoths and help West Rome while slowly taking out the Huns.
West Rome: Medium-Hard. You face attacks from 5 enemies from all sides except near Greece. Abandon Syracuse and Vesontio, you probably don’t have enough income to defend them. Vandals go after Neapolis after Syracuse, defend Neapolis. Visigoths will go after Genua(and likely take it), I bought a spare inf gen and a javelineer to retake it. The Huns will likely prioritize going after Vindelicorum and not Noricum, so defend Noricum, Francia and Burgundians will also go after Vindelicorum, will def need generals to defend it. Prioritize defeating Ostrogoths, they’re the easiest to kill off the bat, I was able to kill them in 8 turns. Then after the attacks on Vindelicorum has run out of steam(all enemy gens dead and very few enemies), counter-attack them. If Genua is lost, just retake it, use forced march if necessary. Vandals will send nearly their entire army after you. If you successfully fend them off, they die. You don’t really need to care about the east, just defend there and take Hunnic cities and your allies do most of the work.
Sassanids: Focus on the White Huns and push west. You’ll likely face much spam. Spam horse archers helps. West Rome likely will get defeated. Help East Rome fight off enemies. Not hard just long. Rate: Medium

West Rome or Armenia are probably the hardest ones for Scourge of God. Armenia I haven’t tried it just seems somewhat difficult, but West Rome is difficult due to the sheer amount of defending needed.

3 Stars: Roman Empire* Han Dynasty* Parthian Empire 2 Stars: Dacian Kingdom* Cappadocia Armenian Kingdom Nabatean 1 Star: Nervii Sugambri Cherusci Chatti Marcomanni* Boii Bosporan Kingdom Atropatene Albania Kingdom

Navia Lanoira , this is huge and I appreciate the effort you put into this update. I try to be of help in ~2 weeks from now with at least one hero legend guide and maybe some links. And, about the links, do you mean to provide new guides or to search the forum for existing ones that are still helpful? What's the criteria for "still good enough"?
What I'm most interested in is the recommendation for new players, specifically whether there is consensus about going for a cavalry Commander. (I believe that this is not the only possibility but maybe the "easiest" (whatever that is))
