Are you pissed that those with IAPs are doing better than you in this game? Are you tired of them bragging how fast they completed a campaign, or how strong Hannibal is? Do you feel despair that you will never be able to beat them in speed runs or in high scores? Then do not despair, for i, a user of 2 IAPs,is here to guide you  As Ovid said, abundance has made me poor. There is one advantage Free to play players always have against those with IAP and whales, which is being forced to be resourceful. If you can't beat them with resources, then you beat them by using yours more efficiently. I'm not free to play myself, so how am i supposed to help free to play players if i don't know their plight? Simple, math

dsongop, Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus, Deleted, Lucius Vorenus, andrei, stoic, I love to put Drusus on a slinger, max him to 5 and send him off hunting Crassus’ Legionaries, and the Bythnian Elite Guards… great for a late game Any way, thanks for all the advice - have Mith and Drusus, might just stay at 8 gens and not worry about Octavian; was going to buy him then spent a load of medals on artefacts As a free to play, it’s nice to be at the stage in the game where a lot of the comments here make more sense in the practical application, althouh still have to sort out Mutina, Augustus time and the Han invasion…

You must Finish Expedition to Africa And Conquest of Africa (In A Nutshell the 2 First Expeditions) to have the Gaul you most finish Expedition In Gaul And Conquest In Gaul and the same with the others  |

Yeah? I think he still does some nice damage. I thought about maybe getting crassus as a backup infantry or cassius as a decent infantry with rumour. Thanks for the feedback!

Crassus is a worse City Cracker than Commius, (who, perchance, is another good cav gen to upgrade Pacorus to), while Infantry are poor Rumor Injectors. Try Pedius for Rumor. Get Scipio, I would say. Good for City Cracking, and a great upgrade to Pacorus. By the way, who is your Commander? |

Pacorus is still a good one to keep. If you find yourself in need for another infantry the choice is usually made between Crassus, Vercingetorix, and Bato, depending on your playing style. Gerd von Rundstedt 's opinion is rather unique in this forum so I'd advise you to evaluate his suggestion carefully (of course, you should evaluate mine as well). Vercingetorix and Bato both has great survivability yet Vercingetorix is slow and Bato lacks output. Crassus isn't good at human-to-human combat but is very effective in attacking cities. I'm not quite sure how well has your commander developed, but Pacorus can certainly do with some improvement (I'm not telling you to sell him, he can still be good as a second cavalry), with Antony and Arminius being the top favorites. Antony can make a lucky second attack (thus high damage dealing potential) but is a bit squishy, while Arminius is more balanced between offense and defense. Note that Antony is exceptionally fast as well. |
