Inspired by a recent mistake I made in conquest, this is a thread about moments that are extremely frustrating for a player in Great Conqueror: Rome. I'll list a few off the top of my head, but feel free to jump in and add scenarios that frustrate you the most.
1. When you deploy your general on the wrong units
Especially when you're a couple turns in
2. When Guerilla/Ambush activates on a unit you would've killed anyways
Waste of an activation
3. When your general leaves a unit at 1hp
Unnecessary damage taken
4. When you accidentally misclick and send your general into the fog alone
R.I.P. Mithridates VI
5. When you're one unit/turn away from meeting the objective in campaign
R.I.P. 3 star
6. When you send your general into the fog and can't recall him, so you fail to kill the 40th enemy unit and get a 2-star
R.I.P phone, happened to me in the Battle of Laspina
7. When all your senate missions are drills
No medals for you today bud
8. When you're one tile away from taking an empty city
This happens to me so often in conquest
9. When you must disband legions to attack a city because you left it at 1 hp
Ugh
10. When certain tactics aren't available/you already used it somewhere else
I really needed that forced march
11. When a country declares neutrality while surrounding an enemy city
I wish we could declare war on pirates
12. When you can't replenish your units in expedition yet
I had to do Conquest of Gaul three times because I didn't know where the camps were
13. When you misbuy a useless item in the shop
Time to sell back my javelin
14. When you accidentally load a cloud save from days ago
About 10 hours of time wasted

The most frustrating time i have is when i have 23 turns in a conquest (caesa-rome) and when i have around 600 i go to buy Crassus, but accidentally buy Vercingetorix (i check him) and i lost around 30 medals and i load my cloud state and after buy crassus, this dont sound impressive, but when i go to the conquest all the 23 turns dissapear and i need to replay the conquest, the most bad thing, if in the conquest, i have very good luck and i destroy all the tribes of Gallia and Brittania at the turn 19 (thanks noricum to dont kill my drusus and leave your last city open, and thanks vercingetorix for go to iberia),and lost this progress, and i need to replay, for have the same luck, i have to repeat around 3-4 times and change my strategy and wait to kill the noricum general, this time vercingetorix go for my and Antony only remain with 1 health point, i dont think if this is good luck or bad luck. But i think stoic have the most frustrating thing when he lost all of the progress (bye bye OP Commander), but i admire stoic, he have spirit to replay all again xD |

Pompey had only a couple of cities left, but instead of finishing him my allies turned back to destroy that unlucky little tribe |

I still have hope in myself though! |

yuanzhong, Drills missions are garbage!!, only is useful for complete and acummulate for obtain the Banners, the Banners of Hero and Sun.

There is easy mission like Celebration so must have some hard to be accomplished like Drill. But the mission in picture is impossible to complete, you can't get escort 12 with only 2 generals (although you have alll banner - including banner of chaos) because there's no general with both Geography and Escort in this game. Before update, drill missions are sometime crazy but doable, but now they become impossible. One more, 2 generals for lvl 11 "Hide", impossible even you're hardcore pay player.   |

When your general is reaching the Rally Point on the last turn limit, only to see that it is occupied by your allied unit.Mission Failed. It actually happened on me. That's how I lost my first and best Escape to the East progress until I won it many tries and 1 guide request later. |
