What does it mean anyway? There is one enemy city left standing. My allies are trying to breach. Surrounding but can't do a thing. That city is out of my reach. |

Poor you, I thought you were on a limited turns mission/campaign and you almost completed everything but that one target managed to last long enough for you to fail. The allied ai can really be that annoying sometimes. |
