Well I can never ever bring myself to draw humans, unless I'm given a free lease to come up with a stickman  Other than that nature is the only thing I can draw well. |

Anyways, any of you heard of Parappa the Rapper? That drawing was of one of the main characters in that series, (which you can clearly see the name in the bottom right corner).
In 1999, a spinoff to Parappa was released, Um Jammer Lammy. That next game revolved around a bloody nervous wreck of a lamb, (who like the first game, she is a "titular protagonist"). Both Lammy and Katy (along with Ma-San), are in a band called Milkcan (weird name I know).
As advertising for the aforementioned game, an album was released by the fictional band (which is their only one to date), "Make it Sweet". That album was mostly covers of songs in the game, plus a lyrical version of the instrumental piece, "We Are Milkcan!".
Seems long and complicated, I know. But you all have neither really heard of or forgot about the game. Anyways, main point was, a Milkcan song (likely Got to Move (Millenium Girl) or Keep Your Head Up! due to decent motivational qualities from a somewhat unlikely place), was probably going to be chosen if the 90s won. And then you dropped a rickroll on the whole bloody forum.

I am not too good either at drawing humans. I still have a lot to learn in that area, and I hope this unexpected amount of free time will help me get better. Anyway, the style I am looking for is like what Richard and I posted. |

Btw, I really like how this thread has moved from paintings to cartoon characters. I'm actually pleased with that, as I think drawing and different art styles can show something about our tastes in what we find "cute".

After some time you could really make a half decent art style for yourself. I think it would like nice in a sort of modern cubism or abstract style. |
