I went to the Baidu forum and found some screenshots of what I assume to be military tactics in EW6: 1914. My chinese is super lousy so I can't really read this, and unfortunately a lot of the text is also covered. (Someone proficient please help me). Here's atleast what I think these tactics are.
From left to right: - Promotion, will probably work just like it does in EW6: 1804
- Chemical Warfare? I'm not sure how this tactic is supposed to work. It probably won't work like plague does because that tactic is way too strong for a 1 turn cooldown tactic.
- Forced March, no idea if it works like EW6 forced march or GCR forced march. I hope it works like EW6 forced march because that tactic was very fun.
- ...Forced March MKII? for cavalry?
1. Blast, probably just the same as EW6:1804 blast. 2. Air strike? Maybe it works like a WC3/WC4 airstrike. 3. Spy, I hope it isn't completely worthless like in EW6:1804 4. Firetruck? Yeah, no idea here. A few more things I can take from these screenshots: 1. I can see two german generals. I can't make out who they are though. 2. I'm not sure how strong cavalry will be in this game considering cavalry dropped a lot in effectiveness since WW1, but they seem to exist in a similar way to how they did in EW6. 3. That button in the lower left corner is probably for tech. I hope that technology is viable to use in this game as it wasn't in EW6:1804. 5. No fog of war. Yay! I have to this day not played a single turn based strategy game where FoW is done well. There probably is some out there, but it definetly doesn't work in ET titles or Fire Emblem titles at the very least. Thanks jamesyang ! All in all, I'm pretty excited for this game as ET hasn't made a WW1 game since EW3 and WW1 is a really interesting period too.

Ok, so ET has released more screenshots of EW6:1914 tactics cards.
EW6:1804 "Forced March" has become "March". "Forced March" in EW6:1914 works like it does in GCR. That's amazingly useful. EW6:1914 "Blast" deals a fixed 50 damage to a city. That's a huge change, maybe we need to actually use infantry and artillery to siege now, rather than using cavalry to smash through low tier cities and slowly whittling down high tier cities with blast. Some cities seem to have as much as 650 HP in EW6:1914. EW6:1914 "Spy" works just like it does in EW6:1804, except that it stuns a fortress for 2 turns instead of 1. Still, that doesn't sound that worth it when "March" and "Forced March" are so amazing. EW6:1914 "Promotion" is just like it is in EW6:1804. EW6:1914 "Fire engine" puts out a fire. That's probably worthless for land warfare, but might be worth something in naval battles.
Princesses will return, which is cool. Wonders will be buffed to have a 1-2 turn cooldown, which sounds REALLY OP. And tech will be buffed.
Exciting.

Run across the map at the speed of light. 50 damage is still handy for cracking open barely alive cities, and giving it a fixed damage means that infantry and artillery will be more useful, (unless horse grenadiers will exist).

I'm guessing that Britain will rule the seas and be insanely hard to naval invade, that Germany will be the king of the land and be like AI France in 1815, that Austria-Hungary will be the punching bag of Europe, that Ottomans and Russia will be insanely easy conquests, and that Belgium will be like WC3 South Korea in 1960.

Very good analogy for Belgium

I can't get a good quality picture of him, but doesn't that almost look like Wilhelm II? It looks like his moustache.

So I just found this on the Baidu forum. I think this is legit because of the ET watermarks. I guess this will be Wilhelm II in EW6:1914.
