First of all, i am not sure if there is existing guide to this, so i dunno. Lol
The fourth conquest features the rivalry of rome and han, and the strengths of these three are:
Rome: it has Octavian, and have a fight to the han genaral Huo, and it has a big income.
Han: It may be a bit small income, but Huo and the other han generals can easily destroy and occupy cities.

Well, how to han and rome.
1.Han Dynasty
It has an income of about 500- 1000. Use the income to spam the imperial cavalry. This is divided for the two fronts: caucasus/asia minor front and the european front (optional if you are going to this front first).
First, move the cavalry located near Huo (at the border line, about four to six) and the other units located near it to the bosporan kingdom to destroy it. Declare war on them in about 3rd - 4th turn and blits them, and move south to take the roman cities in asia minor. Meawhile, in the caucasus, send the other han generals and the units located near to destroy every cities in the front. Spam train imperial cavalry to support your army. Eventually, the roman allies will try to take your cities and the conquered ones, so defend. Send other units in the weakest enemy on the east to destroy it. It is okay that your enemies took your city, as you are spamming the cavalry and the ones that took/retook your city is not the one that originally owns the city/not the one nation that you’re attacking. Also, focus on destroying nations one by one.
Next, focus Huo in the nearest city in the shore, and attack rome from there. In the caucasus, after you defeat other countries and clearing their spam, support your ally there (forgot the name) plus helping attack the roman cities.
After that, the pace of the game is in yours, and you will only do is to clear asia and invade europe by going to greece, and invade africa by egypt and sailing to carthage.
That is only i can say in han dynasty, and it’s yours if you prefer a another attack route for this.
2. Roman empire.
It has a huge income, Octavian and helpful allies (maybe). It has three fronts: asia, east of rome mainland, and gallia in the north.
First, concentrate your forces in asia in capturing the enemy three-star country’s cities one by one. Don’t attack the general in the level 5 city with generals, and only attack that with your other units. Focus your units in the sea near egypt in that level five city. In the south of asia, focus your units on going east and help your allies in destroying that three star country. In the east of italy, move Octavian to the city there and just defend until your units in the gallia cleared the nations there. I advise that spam heavy cav and javelineer in that city, or maybe also in rome. Meanwhile, in the gallia, focus your units in conquering the nation north of the cavalry general. Move the roman general in carthage in this front, as he will attack the cities northwest of the cav general, and it is optional if you move the units in illyria (if it is not illyria, then the northeast of the mainland italy) whether you join them in the offense of the cav gen, or the defense with Octavian. Defend the city in the northwest of the mainland italy, as it will be harder to win if they take that city.
Next, in asia, after you take the level 5 city, attack the other cities conquered by han, and blitz the remaining cities of the three star country. In the east of italy, after the units in gallia complete their task on destroying nations there and defeating Huo and the other generals, go attack the dacian cities one by one. In the gallia, after you destroy the nation in north of the cav gen there, divide your army into two, one on east and one on west, and attack those cities, then support the units east of italy to attack dacia.
Lastly, the only enemy left is han dynasty and your allies are also attacking it. Support them by east, past dacia and blitz them.
Well that’s it for the guide (somewhat useless because it may be all self-explanatory). Also, watch out for the diplomacy, as your enemies sometimes trying to paying neutral countries. And don’t overuse your economy when spamming, as you’ll need to pay other neutral cities.
If you have suggestions and questions, you can post here, or if you say it is useless, also you can say it here
