Paradox makes some of the best strategy games I've ever seen. Though the learning curve is way to steep. That hoi3 tutorial was horrible.

I dunno. I know vaud and wallis are not part of it at the beginning, but you have cores on them. Swiss has really good ideas, plus its in the hre so if anyone outside it attacks you the emperor will defend you unless they hate you. |
