Did you use farragut he’s very important for the second mission. Here’s a quick guide head east take New York get your iron claw and give it to farragut, kill the ships on the east coast, take savannah with the double moral drop and last use farragut and Meade to kill of the last ships Yes but he was very unupgraded and had very little damage. Thank you for the advice. I can make a real guide if you’re still have trouble completing it

*Preußens Gloria plays in the distance* Mountain Fighting is lousy on Cavalry. Why didn’t you put Edge instead of Mountain Fighting? Or Cavalry Commander?

It sadly does not allow you to cross some “large” mountains but it still is quite good. Plus that would mean 10 textbooks? All though that may not be a horrible idea to put cavarly commander on him.

We can easily make him a top tier speedy killer but also saves textbooks and medals for other generals!I rly like the terrain skills now lol

He has strike, surprise, and at least one terrain bonus triggering consistently. Since he has lvl 5 skills and huge battle ability, he will hit pretty hard. I agree he is no johnston but he is still really good.

Good guide, but has issue of being viewed at from one point of view, taking into account one single doctrine. Could be improved by exploring other doctrines and their views on the whole thing. If that is done, this guide should be pin-worthy.

If that is done, this guide should be pin-worthy. You mean taking into account ways of doing it. I can definitely look into improving it if you give me some specific suggestions!

I have another exam tomorrow, but afterwards I can definitely look into refining it. It is after all only my second or third draft

I have little to no intention to disagree with your guide here..In this 1914 game,we have mountains of options and seas of versatility to choose from unlike WC3(Where you restart when one wrong step was made)So everyone shouldn't expect a guide that can be so perfect or fits everyone. Not everyone are able to grind with the luxury of time. Some people are simple, some are distinct with their decisions.

Very true. Or world conqueror 4 for that matter where two skills are really good (leader and the percentage damage skills). Even joffre can be useful as a slow but strong tank.

If they don’t allow us to use Petain and Foch on the French history missions, we are doomed. It will be just like the Civil War history missions where we are forced to mostly use bad generals.
