honestly even without iaps, you do get 3 pretty strong cavalry generals and even 2 very strong naval generals (farragut and looff). You do not get a good artillery general and you get a mediocre infantry general (the good one nicholas i comes much later). So plummer isn’t exactly a must buy till very late game imo, as it having a very strong sheridan will aid greatly in history mode.

He is just that haha If the George White here is this George White, I don't think he's that random, I mean he suppressed the Indian Mutiny which led to the rise of the raj and fought in the first stages of the second Boer War

He is actually the second best Cavalry in the game. I don't think Serbian Cavalry Commander in chief is better than him because he need three skill replacements. Still he got better comabat ability than Plumer.
