 honestly even without iaps, you do get 3 pretty strong cavalry generals and even 2 very strong naval generals (farragut and looff). You do not get a good artillery general and you get a mediocre infantry general (the good one nicholas i comes much later). So plummer isn’t exactly a must buy till very late game imo, as it having a very strong sheridan will aid greatly in history mode. |

He is actually the second best Cavalry in the game. I don't think Serbian Cavalry Commander in chief is better than him because he need three skill replacements. Still he got better comabat ability than Plumer.
