(Applause required) Winter palace is in Petersburg and it was Russian capital till 1918 when it separated from Russia and it was a independent country, so Russians had to move capital to Moscow, Petersburg was independent only for 1/2year

Why do you keep saying Leningrad? I said that the city was St. Petersburg before 1914. In 1914 it became Petrograd and after the October Revolution it became Leningrad until 1991 when it changed to St. Petersburg edit: sorry, I mixed up WC3 and EW4
