So go with my guide. You maybe know my experience: I use and recommend only one male general: Arnold. I believe investing in another general will only slow down the gameplay as your missing medals. I am only going for the princess. Around 7500🎖 we get from the campaign, they are needed first for items and later a few trainer for the princess - there not enough 🎖 for other generals without grinding. Buying IAP generals at the start can help, but without buying 🛡 for $$, I only can recommend Arnold and the cheapest trainer - Nobody else. Sulkowski is the best starting general. With adds, you can easily get the 850 medals needed to buy him within a week. With a snair drum, he quite literally is better than golitsyn as spy> surprise. And he has a lot of good states like trade and movement. Most importantly, he is a monster in the 1798 hre conquest

(For some reason I just got 3 🛡 -- perfect). All pricess are maxed, only Isabella is missing movement (2*) - Diez never shows up anymore, my consumables are already full but I want even Bella to be trained - I use her always. Starting: I don't play the HRE conquest anymore, I prefer France. Starting with 1806 I get there, just with Arnold, higher scores than I can get 1798 with HRE. Sulkowski sadly has no trading comptence. A general for trading is the key for high scores. Arnold is accessable from the start - Nenavodic show up almost never.

But sulkowski with a snair drum has the brute force to kill dumouriez, wreck the fort near paris, and kill desaix in the hre 1798 conquest. He’ll shave off a lot of time. He is also very strong and can grind battle of the three emperors for generals. You can get arnold as a secondary general after sulkowski

Round 31 is enough and with one tavern general good to achieve - even in morroco, but now I prefer 1806. And then 1809 with Sophia and Maria for Victoria, or more campaign untll she is comming. I only had on my first play for 3 or 4 missions Duomirez, my first general - a mistake, I could feel it from the gameplay. But lucy, I found your Sakurako underappreciated thread. Thank you sooo much Friedrich “Fried Rice” Paulus!

Yes, you should definitely grind conquest quickly. Sophia and Fatimah are very good princesses to get as starting generals. The best way is through hre 1798 Best f2p generals are Arnold: 5 stars trade makes him invaluable in conquest as well as some campaigns. Since he is a business trader, you can regroup him into someone and will only lose ~200 medals by doing so. He is a pretty good general for 200 medals. Sulkowski: build for beating hre 1798 quickly. Cavalry trainer, that is good at blowing up buildings and killing everything. He is a very good general. Since he is a cav trainer, you only lose 400 medals in purchasing him. Regroup him into Lan once you are done. Scharnhorst: a very strong starting artillery general that is stronger than many iaps. Kutaisov: a great starting general but starts with low health so go out of your way to protect him. Dumouriez: a good cavarly general for 540 medals. Pretty good damage with a snair drum. A usable option, tho sulkowski is way better. Sophia: a very strong artillery general that does massive damage. Isabella: a very fast artillery general with very high average output. Sakurako: can be a good infantry, cavarly, and artillery general due to good average output, fast mobility, and 4 training stars. Lan: best cavarly general in the game.

I learned from him: Invade Britain NW of London - I play France 1806 and 1809 exact with his strategy, for fast conquests.

I once, just for fun, landed at central Britain, at Liverpool and took the facility, expanding from there. It worked fine not great. But usually, I spam from Southampton to take London, send few units and the Tavern generals in Plymouth to Ireland to bombard them. By that time London falls and I can go North easily.

From the South you have the potential to take a lot of artillery fire. It also seems that Rowland will always attack the factory next to London. From Liverpool, its much easier to build up a combined arms force that can flank and then use artillery attacks. You only need two units (a general and a facility grabber) from the north, but a bunch more are needed from the South.
