Dear EFC members/visitors, welcome to the...
With that, we sincerely hope that you have fun trying out for this qualifying round of the competition. All the best!

How did all this come about? Well, the three official administrators of the WeGamers ew6:1914 forum, Hannibal Barca , ambitiousace and Harry Lillis "Bing" Crosby Jr decided to use the prize reward from EasyTech as prizes to be shared with the community in this first ever player-organised forum competition, with actual rewards! Each of us have 1000 medals in the forum of redeem codes, and in this event we will be hosting, all of you will have a chance to participate and engage in (friendly) competition for the 3x1000 medals! We hope that through this event, the community will continue to grow healthily, and we can be more bonded in the form of playing the games we are passionate about together. At the same time, due to the unfortunate pandemic, most of us are cooped up at home this time of the year. May this special event bring about entertainment and joy to you!
With regards,
ambitiousace, xtraprules and bing (glad to be using my 5000th post for this )
How can I join?
To start off, we will be first conducting a qualifying round of the tournament. That is to say, no prizes yet, but those who qualify from this round will be chosen to continue on to the next phase(s), and play for the actual 3x1000 medals! We have not decided exactly how the later rounds are going to be held, and if you do have any suggestions do inform us! For this round, the top 15-20 players with the fastest turn score (and if you tie then the conquest score) will advance to the next round. Without further ado, let's jump into the rules.

1) Login to your member account, or register for one in the forum!
2) Play as the Confederates in the 1861 non-challenge conquest. Try to compete to get the fastest conquest completion as possible. Note the following:
- take a screenshot of your game every 5 turns.
- use only 8 generals.
- take a screenshot of your ending victory screen, the one that shows: VICTORY and displays your score, turn number etc.
- only attempts below 50 turns will be accepted. Try to improve your personal best!
3) With your EFC forum member account, post all screenshots of your turn evidence and the final screen in this thread: european-war-4.boards.net/thread/12622/forum-community-competition-qualifiers-submissions. Note that you are only allowed a maximum of 2 submissions. Anything more than that, we will just record the second earliest one, even if your third one is the best. So please be careful!
4) No hacks or cheats please, we trust that you will participate with integrity. To ensure that your post is not stolen by others, try to customize your final victory screenshot by adding a signature through editing your photo. Ensure that this unique signature does not cover up the details of the victory screen. This is optional but strongly recommended.
5) This qualifying round will open from today, all the way until the 7th of May 23:59 Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
