With France withdraw and giving all land to Byzantine empire I think it's clear the EIO is the winner now but I myself have built too much of an army to just surrender and give victory to enemy like that.

Ok as otto has withdrawed and gave his lands to byzanty. I propose my with draw from this war with peace pact of Riga where nobody is winner or loser this pact only asks 4/7 countries to become ending of this war. As I proposed this pact I sing this pact with both of my contries, so it asks only 2 more votes. I am going to decline to the part. This war has been going for so long I think ideally there should be a winner. |

I still support Talleyrand and batten. It's obvious that they're the winners, and if I can't slaughter my enemies, I'll watch them do it from my palace in Versailles, sipping wine and waiting to govern the formerly French provinces in the new world order.

Khurram asked for whole Spain as my ally but since I am also representing France I will keep the provinces of Valencia and Aragon  I was pushed out of Finland but the enemy never invaded Sweden. |

Anyway oulu is captured with a great victory so Stardom should lose 3 sf

I think we can not use misunderstandings here, the EIO wins if it has done all things listened below:
The EIO must have
-conquered Austria
-conquered the Baltic States
-reconquered Finland and Sweden
-hold 2 out of 4 provinces of the British Isles
You guys agree?
