I think we can not use misunderstandings here, the EIO wins if it has done all things listened below: The EIO must have -conquered Austria -conquered the Baltic States -reconquered Finland and Sweden -hold 2 out of 4 provinces of the British Isles You guys agree? I think the major capital of Berlin should be captured as well to win |
