I assumed that it was draft - this was a small note (not worth a post). As I work on the btl-stucture, I want to understand now, how the firepart is working, and I noticed this misson. Do you understand how fire and firetype works? |

Yes , the last Integer of cities (I called them elements) and the last int of Units have to do something with the fire. There should be even a Block for fires , I have no idea, how it works in detail. Neither which firetypes? exist. Your found was so great Arthur Currie, thank You once again! Just starting to mod ew4, now I'm experimenting with .btl file. General stats and city names were easy to change but i really want to add cities and countries. Where do I find the list of Country ID? Also, at the installation part and beyond, i dont really understand anymore

First army/country in a .btl-file has countryId =0, second country: ID 1 and so on. -1 (ff) is unset. |

Does the country string relates to the ID or not? And is there an order for the number of the IDs for each country?

Have a look at the commented Siege of Tulon btl The countries are in the order France, Britain, Spain, Sardegna, Switzerland so re the ID's for this battle: 0 France 1 Britain 2 Spain 3 Sardegna 4 Switzerland Changing the order of the counties changes the ID, |
