Would anyone like to post their opinion on who the 1st generals you should get, and in what order? Would you suggest getting more generals for the Axis, Allies, or the same amount?

Rokossovsky 3.Leeb 4.Mac Arthur 5.Patton 6.Rommel 7. Govorov 8. Rundsted( way better than yamashita) I have stage cleared 45 pacific, not advanced in axis though. Perfect cleared all the way to 44 europe and Im on the brink of perfect clear in 44 europe I just fail at axis missions(last two). And my final ambitions are to buy Donitz, Nimitz( if I fail to perfect clear allied nav missions, free gens seem great especially cunningham, ozawa and arnold. After this I will probably finish the campaigns, otherwise kesselring and halsey will be totally enough.

Even if he is low on health he somehow blows up high hp enemy tanks.

There's also Rundstedt on a Wiking with promoted movement. With these SF's, Rudstedt, I'd say, is just as good as Guderian, if not better.

Maybe you can get rundsted earlier, instead of patton or govorov but rommel is not a good buy since his desert skill is kinda obsolete if you couldnt reach 43 tunis and 41-42 battle of egypt campaigns.

I give rundsed para jaeger and wiking with max movement. he smoothly opens the way for guderian-rommel. Return to stalingrad was the only mission I had huge troubles where you get a little army but face massive enemies. Axis missions are harder btw so be aware. ( I dont know your progression in the game)Allied missions contains better supplies.Op. Galvanic pacific 42 is a good example.

His desert fighting is not good, yes, but his Panzer Leader and Tide of Iron make him the best Axis Heavy Tanker, aside from Manstein, possibly.

Maybe they are not as good as people think, never tried them tough.

I have level 1 Navy tech, have only tried it once, and I have bought Rundstedt and Rommel as my axis generals.

I basically knew where kinkaid fletcher was hiding and then I played according to that. you get 3 scouts in supply section.
